This building is a shell building. It was being built for a data center but the slow economy canceled the project.
Mid Atlantic Broadband Cooperative fiber serves the Seneca Commerce Park.
While no design plans are in place the building can be expanded to at least double the existing square footage. The lots on either side of this site are available at the present time.
