The technology center is situated on 23 acres and is inclusive of approximately 120,000 square feet will is available within the next 6 months.
- Fiber Optic cabling (Verizon) is in the building.
- The Video Gaming building is served by both copper and fiber facilities. For basic POTS and simple business lines including 10meg ADSL the building is served from a fiber fed Calix C7/OC48 remote switch site on the property and extended 700 feet to the building on copper facilities. For higher bandwidth services like T1 (1.5 meg) services, DS3 (45 meg) services and Ethernet there is a second fiber terminal Calix C7/OC12 inside the building.
This location is well positioned to provide any tele-communications service that a customer may need.
- Switch gear is in the facility to accommodate their power usage.
- Pads and piping are already in place to handle their chill water requirements. (The 120 ton chiller works fine.) The area that is available is outfitted with 170 tons of roof top cooling.
- Drop tile ceilings are currently in place at 9 ft., with above ceiling clearance allowing 17ft.
- Current tenant is designer software and will be relocating.
